Hi my lovies, so I was youtubing for some ideas on how to adapt positive thinking and gain better habits, and I came across this video about "Validation". It is one of the most important emotional skills, which is validating someone's feelings. And when we validate that someone, we help them feel heard, acknowledged, understood and accepted.
It is a must watch video, a little bit long, but has an amazing effect. I am thinking of doing it from time to time... =)
