Thirsty Thursday

Hey there guys, I recently noticed that my skin looks more radiant and hydrated after drinkining not less than 6-8 glasses of water a day -As I tend to have a ridiculously dry skin-, especially now it's summer!! So yeah, don't you forget to have your fair share of water throughout the day; to keep your system clean, hydrated and to improve your over all health,,, And all for ZERO calories!!

New Ones

Well hello my lovely readers, I just bought myself a new PROPER tripod for my camera. I am soo excited to try this one out, I used to have one before but it was too weak to carry my camera -Due to the size of the lense and the heavy weight of the camera-! Unlike this one, the legs of the tripod is much more stronger and can support the weight of this camera, as this brand (Vanguard) is designed for stability and strength!

As I explore my tripod, hope that you guys are enjoying the rest of the night... xx

Wide Awake!!!

My husband is away in Dubai for few days, and I am bored at this time of the night -or should I say morning?!-. I normally sleep at around 1! But I am having difficulties to sleep, so I'm all curled up in bed, checking out my emails and some blogs till I finally fall asleep -although I have a long day ahead of me tomorrow!!-.

Live Young

I just received an email regarding the (Evian Live Young Campaign), that will be held in Dubai from 25^th May until 2^nd June. After their huge worldwide success in 2011, the leading water brand "Evian" comes back again with a re-newed live young campaign, inviting each and everyone of you to share their Live Young motto through a very unique experience.

A Snapshot

New Sunnies

Holla my friends,

This morning, I received a pair of beautiful sunnies as a generous gift from the Kingdom's leading eyewear boutique; Optica (previously known as Bahrain Optician). It is from the latest Vogue collection -Spring/Summer 2012-,  I love the soft cat eye look and it's classic black -My fave color-, they will definitely get a lot of wear!!! (Here is how it looks up close and personal).

At first I was hesitant to wear it, as I am very picky when it comes to sunglasses, because not any sunglass fits me well -Especially the cat eye style-. But when I tried it on and surprisingly, it fits me perfectly!!! I am so happy of their choice, they are classic, timeless and chic.

Can't wait to wear them tomorrow for a test drive. =D

The Return of Peplums

One of my fave 40's retro classic fashion trend is; peplum!! These extra feminine trend has recently returned, and I am soo happy for this come-back! I've been trying to look for a peplum top with sleeves similar to the ones in the pic above for a while now, but I didn't succeed!!

Fashion goddesses, if you saw any similar peplum tops around, please point me in the right direction!!

The Neon Element

I really needed some shopping therapy, and yesterday was a successful shopping day for some flashy neons... I am crazy over neons this season, as it shows off my lovely light sun-kissed skin... Can't wait to wear these cuties, I love it!! =D

Saffron by Jena

Last week, me and my gorgeous friend Ameena went to this lovely place called Saffron for breakfast -that we heard soo many good reviews about- located in the newly restored Souq Al Qaisariya in Muharraq. The cafe is realatively small, so the place was packed with lots of excited people that are waiting in line for their turn to enjoy and have a little feast from the various traditional Bahraini menu.

The place and the traditional decoration was really lovely, not forgetting about the Bahraini and other Arabic old songs that enhanced the whole atmosphere of the cafe. Good service, reasonable prices, and a yummy food that is nicely presented.

I highly recommend you to visit this cafe; as it has the old Bahraini tradition feel with great food and an amazing experience!! Try it and let me know what do you guys think... =)

My Week In Pictures - Part 1

I apologize to you my lovely readers for keeping my blog so quiet recently, as most of you know I spent my week with my sister in Doha visiting our beautiful mom and the rest of the family -To keep up on what am I up to and for any sudden future dissaperance, I suggest you guys to follow me on Twitter which is way much easier for us to keep in touch!-.

However, it was such a beautiful week, the only thing that was missing was my hubby, as he was so busy with work and couldn't go with us there. Besides that, it was soo much fun and we took lots of pictures to share them with you guys, hoping that you like them.
