Spicy Tip


Add spices like ginger, cinnamon, cumin, tumeric, chili powder, mustard, Hot peppers, and cayenne to your meals. This will help boost your metabolism up to 25% and you can lose up to 50 calories by just eating it! It will also make you feel fuller faster, and will cause you to drink more water which is what most of us struggle with!

i noticed that whenever i use more spices when i cook i actually lose more weight than cooking those recipes of only salt & pepper in used !!
