I Like Dreams of The Future Better Than The History of The Past

Today I was invited to my friends place, actually their humble sweet and wonderful grandmother "Mama Noora" invited me...

She welcomed me with soo much love, such a sweet grandma... Their auntie was there also, my favorite one; Auntie Hanan. Lots of good stories was told by them both. Auntie Hanan is a well-known Bahraini photographer, she was soo happy when she found out that I am really interested in photography and encouraged me with all her heart to keep it up, she even gave me her travel photography book that's called "Dream Land United States of America"; this book is sort of like her one month diary to her journey to the USA presented with her amazing photos captured by her and a little bit about her journey.

After my friend's place, I went home and saw this cute little box of my favorite chocolate from Harrod's. My brother-in-law -I hate calling him that-, my sweeeet brother Abdullah is back from his business trip in the UK, and he brought me the Cocoa Dusted Almonds that I adoooore. Soo sweet of him to remember meeeeee... =D, Oh and my diet is failing, hehehe lots of goodies I'm getting and they are mostly fattening FOOOOOOOD...

Family Friday

Each Friday we have this family tradition; a family gathering every Friday where most of the family -My husband's side- gather in one of his aunties house, and every week the hosting auntie is her turn to cook. Soo yeah, it's a great way to see the whole family all gathered up with all their beautiful kids, know all about the family's news, also talking about politics, health, babies, food and recipes, and more.

Anyway, on the 22nd of this month -yesterday- was my hubby's birthday. So, today at the family gathering, me and my hubby instead of bringing a cake for the fam, he decided to bring kunafa from his freind's place called "Kanafawy". It's moist, juicy and tastey, wow wow wow, I don't know how can I explain it, it's heavenly!!! It reminded me of Turkey's Kunafa from "Saray"...

I stole some of the kunafas for myself, I know I'm on a healthy diet, but I can't help it...

Pink & Glitter

My beautiful sister-in-law -I hate calling her that, I prefer sister-, so my beautiful sister Lilly went to the UK two days ago to finish her last year of her bachelor degree...  And now I miss her even though it's been only two days =(

Anyway, I just found out about this amazing technology called Skype -which I'm sure all of you are aware of this invention decades ago-, and so I downloaded it to my laptop, had a video call with my Lilly and made sure that she is alright and surrounded with her cute friends. This Skype thing is a great way to keep in touch with your friends and family when they are abroad...

During the time Skype was being downloaded and installed in my laptop, I decided to color my nails with a lovely shade of pink and a lovely golden glittered nail polish just at the tip of my nails.

Oh my lord,,, I just saw the trailer of  Breaking Dawn -Part 1-, it will be released on the 18th of November.... Awwwww, I really can't wait... wooo-whoooo

Sisters Day ♥

As I'm drinking my green tea before my bed time, I will show you some photos of my day and how I spent it.

Since today at around 2 pm was the game for the England Premier's League between Arsenal and Blackburn, my husband wanted to watch it and have lunch with his cousins at home... So, me and my sister decided to have lunch at Le Chocolat, and then shopped at the City Center bought some stuff, and then we had to try this new place called T|Spoon.  

Anyway, here are the photos, feast your eyes. ☺

We had this yummy pizza, half of it was with zucchini and the other half was with cherry tomatoes, IT WAS SOOO DELICIOUS -The best Pizza EVER-.

We're Just Wasting Time

Today is a family friday -Lunch Time-, then no plans for the rest of the day, so me and my girls decided to go and change our nail polish and have some dinner the *Bahraini Way*. 

Since I have a day in every week that I can eat any junk-food I want but in small portions, after the nails saloon we went to "Burger Station" in Riffa Town and we ordered Wedges with cheese, and there was a place next to it called "Ajyad Makka Grills" and we thought of trying it out, so we ordered Chicken and Beef Tikka -It was sooooooo goooooood, and sooo juicyyyy-.

For the dessert, we went to Baskin Robbins, I had to try this new Flavor of The Month "Sweet Fig Nectar", and trust me, it tastes soo good that you don't want to share it with anyone -LOL-,,,yeah, it's that amazing!

My Tea Party

Today I hosted a little tea party, my first and on my own without any help of anyone to host a party or you can say a little tea gathering *hmmm, with just a little help from my sis*...

Well, it turned out to be a good one... I never thought I would do such a thing, it is a bit difficult for me to host a party or a gathering, I get all worried and stressed out, wondering if I forgot something, ....etc.
