Have you ever seen soaps that are so cute you just can’t imagine using?!

Well, I am happy to introduce Lave Affair to you my lovely readers! Artisan hand-made soaps and bath products  proudly made in Bahrain with the finest and most luxurious ingredients. The owners; Huda Hammoud and her husband Zulfiqar Naushad ventured into soap making several years ago. They both had a long history of dry and cracked skin and all commercial soaps and body washes were exacerbating the problem. During a trip to Lebanon, Huda tried some natural soap and found that her dry skin problem had reduced dramatically! And from that point, they both began their journey to search for natural solutions for their skin problems.

Huda was taught soap making by one of the premiere soap makers in Lebanon. Utilizing old-world natural soap recipes with new-world techniques and scents, and she has created virtual works of art for daily uses!

Breakfast After Ten

Me and couple of my family members had a lovely LONG WEEKEND, so we decided to have a fantabulous breakfast in the garden! It was one of these beautiful windy mornings, fresh air, great company, lots of chit-chats and good food -Thanks to our lovely Dana for this beautiful gathering-!

As I was just browsing the internet as usual, I came across this group "Nicki Bluhm and the Gramblers" and I instantly fell in love with them! Nicki's voice you guys is perfectly flawless!!! She has filled a void in music with her brand of vintage-tinged rocking country soul -music that's like an enchanting friend you've known for a short while but feels like you've known forever-.

This is one of my best Eid days spent with the family -although my mom and sisters weren't here for this wonderful occasion-. But other than that it was soo beautiful, filled with lovely family gatherings, lots of laughter, lots of memories being captured in pretty and spontaneous photos, and of-course lots of good food lol...

To The "Maxi"mum

Today's post includes two highlights of this week; wearing my very first own maxi skirt, and I finally used my new Vanguard tripod in this lovely breezy weather.

I normally like to wear maxi dresses, as they require not much effort; I can just wear it, add a belt to it, and I'm ready to hit the road! On the other hand, I always find maxi skirts are a bit tricky for me! But when I first saw this turquoise-blue maxi skirt at new look, I had to try it out and make it work no matter what!! I know to most of you, it is just a normal combination of a top and a maxi skirt. But to me, it was really a big fuss to finally get myself to wear such a pretty maxi skirt!!

Thirsty Thursday

Hey there guys, I recently noticed that my skin looks more radiant and hydrated after drinkining not less than 6-8 glasses of water a day -As I tend to have a ridiculously dry skin-, especially now it's summer!! So yeah, don't you forget to have your fair share of water throughout the day; to keep your system clean, hydrated and to improve your over all health,,, And all for ZERO calories!!

The Return of Peplums

One of my fave 40's retro classic fashion trend is; peplum!! These extra feminine trend has recently returned, and I am soo happy for this come-back! I've been trying to look for a peplum top with sleeves similar to the ones in the pic above for a while now, but I didn't succeed!!

Hey my lovelies, how are you all?? I am so sorry I've been totally MIA for the past week or so, I was away to my second home -Doha- visiting my mom and the rest of the family. Just Can't Get Enough

I know it's almost the end of the month, and most of us are eagerly waiting for our bank accounts to be re-filled again to do some MORE shopping therapy. Since I still have some cash left in hand, I thought; Why not spoiling myself and buy me some lovely nail lacquers from H&M. Such an amazing rich colors with a crazy affordable price!!

My weekend was filled with soo many beautiful gatherings; some sisterly time together, my best freind's engagement party, celebrated my birthday party with my beautiful cousins in one of my fave Mexican restaurants 'Casa Mexicana', and also celebrated my beautiful little cousin's sweet 15 birthday party.

Red, Blue and Circles, Too!

 A full day of me and my hubby with my little brother Yagoobiii

My weekend was soo much fun, spent a full day with my baby brother and hubby. We took him out to play in Magic Island -Me & my hubby played like kids too-, had McDonald's for lunch, bought some toys and bubbles from Toys'R'Us,  played in the garden, then came back home and watched Cartoon Network and MBC3, and finally some crayons action.

After our active and long fun day, we had to drop him back home to my daddy. Yagoobi had this huge smile on his face, and he came running to me and my hubby and gave us a big hug and said "A7ibik a7mad, a7ibich Alla"; that was the cherry on top of my beautiful day... And finally when I came back home, I ended up my day with some warm tea and rose water and read my book before bedtime.
