On Wednesday 26th of September, a group of bloggers and I were invited to a styling event at the FMH Boutique (See previous postsHereand Here). The idea of the event is that each blogger choose one of two beautiful models and style them with our favorite pieces from around the shop!
The gorgeous models Amira and Abi
It was so much fun and hard at the same time to choose between two gorgeous models and to pick ONE outfit from a shop that has EVERYTHING fabulous and stylish! And to see the rest of the bloggers and their beautiful styling skills, it was indeed a very difficult task for me! But in the end, after all the confusion on what to choose, I picked an outfit that I would so definitely wear; something very simple and comfortable, very me!
So below is the model that I picked (Abi) with the pieces that I chose to style her with! What do you guys think? =D
DL1961 black jenas, Jerome Dreyfuss bag, Naven green cropped top, Style Stalker top (Underneath the cropped top), Finsk shoes, Mercedes Salazar necklace, FMH cuff
The lovely ladies Stella (Owner of FMH Boutique), and Nadia
This Emmy Awards red carpet was filled with lots of beautiful gowns, gorgeous bright pop of color, and glamorous hairdos, everyone looked amazing that night!
From left to right: Leslie Mann, Emilia Clarke, Emily Vancamp, Julie Bowen, and Heidi Klum are my top 5 personal favorites! What was your favorite dress of the night??
A while ago, I was introduced to Annada silk scarves line. Designed by a variety of Middle Eastern artists where this unique line combines fashion, art, and romance all in beautiful high quality silk scarves!!
With every scarf design you get a unique beautiful story that takes your senses to a journey of color, beauty, strength, softness, and ultimate luxury!
I for instance fell in love with this lovely artwork called "Bnayat" -Means little girls- by Omar Al Rashid; a Bahraini artist. This lovely art of two young girls wearing the traditional "Bukhnag" evokes nostalgic feelings of days gone by, hours of carefree playing with friends *sigh*.

Another beautiful piece with an amazing story is "Al Sultana" scarf, designed by the Iraqi artist Ghassan Mohsin. It reveals that the harem is a place of passion, romance, mystery, and jealousy. A bevy of beauties compete for the ultimate prize; the love and devotion of the Sultan, but only the Sultana has the key to his heart. He rules the empire but she reigns in the realm of his heart..

They also recently introduced scarf tassels to pair them up with the scarves, aren't they beautiful?
Silk scarves are the ideal accessory that compliments any look for any occasion! So here is a lovely video shows you various ways on how to wear Annada scarves...
Annada scarves are currently sold on their website mentioned below, also at Saks 5th Avenue in Bahrain City Center -Second floor at the entrance-.

This is one of my best Eid days spent with the family -although my mom and sisters weren't here for this wonderful occasion-. But other than that it was soo beautiful, filled with lovely family gatherings, lots of laughter, lots of memories being captured in pretty and spontaneous photos, and of-course lots of good food lol...

Hope you guys enjoyed Eid and your long weekend, cause I know I did..
This weekend, me and my girls went to Bushido restaurant to check out their Ramadan experience that's called Bushra at Bushido. The whole restaurant was totally transformed into this beautiful Arabian theme and atmosphere.
We had such an amazing time with lots of laughter. Here are some quick photos taken that day...
P.S. Soo sorry for the bad bad bad quality of some of the photos, the place was utterly dark and my camera was not cooperating with me at all that day... =/
Few days ago, I went to an exhibition at the Movenpick Hotel. Just to cut a long story short; not much has caught my attention as much as these two lovely necklaces!! As you guys noticed, I am pretty much obsessed with anything that has to do with hands and eyes!!
To get the pink necklace on the left, check out this lovely page POSH for orders.
Ever since friendship bracelets been a huge trend this year, I was yearning to learn how to make my own from scratch! So, I googled lots and lots of tutorials on how to do an easy friendship bracelet. And to be honest with you guys, it's a piece of cake, you just need to focus a little bit and have lots of beautiful colorful threads -You can add beads, crystals, studs, and much more!!-...
I should probably do a DIY post on how to make your very own friendship bracelet!!! What do you guys think??!

Today's post includes two highlights of this week; wearing my very first own maxi skirt, and I finally used my new Vanguard tripod in this lovely breezy weather.
I normally like to wear maxi dresses, as they require not much effort; I can just wear it, add a belt to it, and I'm ready to hit the road! On the other hand, I always find maxi skirts are a bit tricky for me! But when I first saw this turquoise-blue maxi skirt at new look, I had to try it out and make it work no matter what!! I know to most of you, it is just a normal combination of a top and a maxi skirt. But to me, it was really a big fuss to finally get myself to wear such a pretty maxi skirt!!
